Thunderland Contractors and Tech Solutions is an Oklahoma base contractor specializing in structured cabling, low-voltage infrastructure, and audio-video systems for commercial and residential construction projects.

We partner with General Contractors, builders, and project teams to deliver safe, organized, and inspection ready installations, with a strong focus on schedule coordination, quality control, and jobsite safety.

Led by Daniel Sulbaran, a Systems Engineer and Project Management professional with more than 20 years of industry experience, Thunderland brings technical expertise, disciplined execution, and hands-on leadership to every project.

We provide complete low-voltage and technology infrastructure services, including:

Structured cabling (Cat cable, and fiber optic systems), Low-voltage cabling,  rough-in and trim-out, Pathway coordination (conduit, cable tray, J-hooks), Above ceiling cable routing and organization, Data room and rack terminations, Audio-Video infrastructure for commercial spaces and residential, Retail POS and specialty system cabling, System labeling, testing, and documentation.
